Feature Proposal: Support for Localized Versions of External Links (where available)

It would be great if Openverse could support localized versions of certain external links where localized pages are provided by the linked service.
For example, Creative Commons license links have localized versions available in many languages:

• https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/mark/1.0/?ref=openverse
  → https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/mark/1.0/deed.ko

• https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/?ref=openverse
  → https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.ko

If Openverse could either:

1. Provide translatable strings for these links in the translation platform, or
2. Automatically detect and redirect to the localized version based on the active locale,

it would improve the multilingual experience and help align with best practices for internationalized services.
