Environment

OS: Windows 10
tokei version: v12.0.4 (tokei-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.exe)

Issue

When doing tokei --output toml it says toml format is invalid option

Thank you for your issue! I believe this is blocked on the toml crate, as I believe it can't serialize the language output.

NOTE: Until the issue can be resolve, the README in the repo should be updated to remove the wording surrounding TOML:
