🤷 구현할 기능

카페 생성 기능 API를 구현합니다.

🔨 상세 작업 내용

이미지 압축 후 s3에 이미지 저장
discord webhook으로 해당 api 호출 trigger

📄 참고 사항

다만, 필수 기능이 아니기에 앞선 이슈 해결 이후 진행하겠습니다.
