brackets mobile display ui

i'm thinking it will be hard to condense current version of the bracket display down to a phone size, so we probably just need a new type of ui.

two ideas:

1. we can keep the same idea for the ui just make it side scrollable
2. we can reference this espn bracket display and just display one column at a time and do something like this

also feel free to implement however if you have another idea!
