Modal command

@Zallom Can you give an example syntax of how the modal implementation works via the command?
Would be cool if it would be explained somewhere in the help embed of option add and submenu option add or similar.

I haven't implemented modal configuration by command currently, I find it much simpler from the json configuration.
But I think it would be an improvement to make, I’ll add a documentation of the different fields to fill in the json conf for now.
