In today Arborist call (2025-02-20), while giving the Zebra updates @daira pointed us that the scoring system should be documented.

We added that functionality in #9201 but we have no documentation which could involve a decent amount of reverse engineering for people to figure out what is going on.

This ticket is to create documentation, maybe as a Zebra book page.
