Advanced Item Blacklist for Recycler based on Name/Lore (ICWOL-style)

Hello Zrips,

First of all, thank you for the incredible work on CMI — it’s one of the most powerful and reliable plugins available.

I would like to suggest an enhancement for the Recycler system:

Idea
Add the ability to blacklist items based on their custom name and/or lore, not only by material type.

This could use a system similar to Item Creation With One Liner (ICWOL), allowing precise definition of items using name, lore, NBT, etc.

How it would work

• Server admins could define blacklist entries using ICWOL-style syntax
• Once an item is added to this blacklist:
  • Any item with the same name and/or lore (and optionally other metadata)
  • Cannot be recycled, regardless of its material

Why this is useful

• Prevents recycling of:
  • Custom server items
  • Quest items
  • Event rewards
  • Special economy items
• Helps protect server economy from exploits
• Much more flexible than material-only blacklists

Example use case
A custom sword named “Ancient Blade” with special lore should not be recyclable, even if it’s made of iron or diamond.

Optional extra
Toggle strict matching (exact vs partial name/lore)

This feature would be extremely helpful for servers with custom items and advanced economies.
