Unknown command when player clicks to confirm /pay

Description of Issue

Same behaviour as in #9587 - when player uses pay with confirmation, command succeeds but after that Unknown command message follows, due to player executing /cmil rmc (which needs to be confirmed also).

Could you test this with CMI and CMILib only in case another plugin interferes and disables /cmil command? As that command would only not be recognized, requiring confirmation, if it was hidden from player by some 3rd party plugin making it unknown by user

Confirming I've also had reports of this from players, although I haven't experienced it. Will try to track it as well.
