Resource Tree Panes Scrolling Together Instead of Independently #2115
Description
There is a UI issue in the Resource Tree where the left and right panes are expected to have independent scrolling behavior. Currently, when the user scrolls the left pane, the right pane also scrolls simultaneously.
This behavior causes the scan results in the right pane to move out of view unintentionally, affecting usability and making it difficult to properly review the results.
Initially, independent scrolling was implemented, but this behavior appears to have been lost at some point.
