change time to read in blog post

I have attached a html file to one of my blog posts and I need to override the “less than a minute to read.” Does anyone know how to do this? I am fairly new to this.

In _config.yml there is a words_per_minute setting which is used to determine the time to read, so updating that will adjust the time given.
