Missing LICENSE in repo

I noticed that there's no license on any of the plugins in this repository. That makes for some very murky waters for anyone using or contributing to this project as technically the copyright defaults to "All Rights Reserved". Can you please add a license to this repo to help clear this up?

I see it's listed as MIT in the package.json, but this is not technically enough, you need to post the text of the license for it to be valid
