Remove tooltip from run script value #203

This is an upstream issue for neoncitylights/zed-github-actions#5.
In Zed editor, when editing a script for a run type step, the tooltip for the run key tends to pop up in front of the cursor, hindering editing. Other values don't tend to be an issue as long as they are on a single line.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make the tooltip show only when hovering over the key, not the value.
