Clean up CTD-code and prepare it for main.

• Working example exist
• prediction relies on special casing to remove sign. How do we implement this? -> maybe no real solution. local coordiante system is a sub system. but for wires it does not work. But for wires, we would need to add a local.
  -> possible solution: make calibrator for measurement and copy sign from the prediction. Start with this.
• maybe unit test?

Maybe also add some stuff to the MDT-chain from the CTD example.

We came to the conclusion that a calibrator might be the best solution, which ends up on the user side then. So far there is no way to test this, therefore the first steps will focus on creating the testing framework by expanding the MDT-chain.

The MDT-chain is missing on the whiteboard the creation of:

• measurements
• simhit<->measurement map
• particle<->measurement map
• initial parameters (for the fit)

I created a list of PRs to add this behaviour:

• refactor: make MuonSpacePointDigitizer similar to DigitizationAlgorithm #4866
• feat: generate measurements with muon space points #4901
• add particle<->measurement map
• add inital parameters estimate
