Open Installer Can't Do other than English (US)

On the circuitpython.org/downloads page I search for my device (ESP32-S2 Feather with TFT).

I select French for the language, then click 'Open Installer' and do the UF2 install only.

It downloads and installs the English firmware.

Similar results when I do the full stack (UF2 loader and CircuitPython)

Expected results: Download the selected language.

I think the JavaScript in download.js is not setting the OPEN INSTALLER buttons properly (but I don't see what's wrong).
