createAliasSpeciesGlyph failing

Why might this function be failing?

M1.createAliasSpeciesGlyph('C04442', 'R10', reaction_glyph_index=0, layout_index=0)

I know that C04442 is a species ID which is associated with the reaction ID R10, which I also know is in the model.

Your script appears to be functioning correctly, and there doesn't seem to be an issue with it. One possibility is that there is only one graphical representation in the model for this species. In this case, creating an alias species glyph for the reaction does not make sense, as the species glyph already belongs exclusively to that reaction. Could you check how many species glyphs are associated with this species ID by using M1.getSpeciesGlyphs('C04442')?

@mkcook There were some bug fixes about creating alias species in v0.4.0, I would appreciate it if you could test your code again and let me know if it is still failing with the new version!
