When tooltip is open -> Can subsequent tooltips not be immediate (default behavior))

Hi,
If there is a tooltip open, the next one will automatically open with 0 delay.. it'll open immediately.
Any way to cancel that?

The Docs:

Hover behavior – Tooltips display after a global delay on hover of the first tooltip, with no delay on subsequent tooltips to avoid unintended flickering. Emulated hover events on touch devices are ignored.

subsequent hovers having 0 delay only lasts for 500ms, then there is a delay again, can you explain why this is too long? the more real world the example, the more useful in determining if there is a change needed.

Me and my team also prefer to use popovers, the users/product requested hovering cause it's a better experience for them.
Can popovers be opened on hover? What are your thoughts about this?

I think it's pretty hard to get popover to open on hover based on some other discussions/issues that are open.

Sorry, wasn't asking for a screenshot of your code, I meant the application if that's public facing.

I'll still bring this up with the team as technically, the global warmup is a little bit of a Spectrum notion, and it's in the stately package where it shouldn't really be.
