Hi , i cant using heroku website , can you tell me how i can set it in nanobox website?

This is a basic nodejs app which relies on few configurations using environment variables:

DATABASE_URL (mysql)
ADMIN_USERNAME
ADMIN_PASSWORD

Set those environment variables and your're good to go.

Make sure to run the app with environment variable NODE_ENV=production
