Linking forms with proper metadata

We need to get the forms linked properly with their respective metadata. example the hourly wind has no of directions and speed for the wind as well as the synoptic hours. These values are linked from a table that we need to link the controls with appropriate table for this kind of data

This includes also the total requirement for the forms requiring totals as well as forms with synoptic hours.

@Patowhiz I am reopening this because on your hourly wind, when the digits for the wind direction and speed are changed from metadata, it doest update the textboxes on the main form and hence not working properly! Synoptic hours for this form works well though.
