[Feature Request] Do something when buvver is the only thing open

Currently, when I run :q on the last visible pane or delete all buffers, buvvers window remains open.
This means that in order to quit neovim, I'll either need to run :q twice, or use :qall.
I am hoping that there will be an option to quit neovim altogether or some other things depending on personal preference (e.g., run dashboard)

though it is possible to set a autocmd to do this, the functionality is problematic and fragile

I recommend having a keybinding or some other way so you can easily :qa or :wqa
