Use nx and ex at the same time?

I saw the setnx method and setex method in the documentation respectively. So how do I implement the set nx ex command? Necessary when I need to use distributed locks.

Alright, this discussion should be closed, I searched for the set method in the high level API section of the documentation and the first method that came up was not from the Redis class but from the BitFieldOperation class, leading me to believe that the method did not support the ex parameter.
