Swiftlint's excluded is invalid

I found that the excluded setting in AirbnbSwiftFormatTool/swiftlint.yml does not work. For example, if I create a Pods directory in the root directory of the project and put a file in it that triggers the lint rule, the Pods directory will not be excluded.
