WAV Initial amount of water in total soil profile [cm].

Excuse me. Does this parameter represent the value at the time of sowing or the value at the start time of the simulation?

1999-08-01 or 1999-09-15?

It is the initial amount of water in the soil at the start of the simulation. regards, Allard
