Gets in a loop when there is a larger number of items(not so large..)

• What is the current behavior?
  Does not go well with material accordions or any other items. Works fine when there is a couple of them, but gets in a loop with larger number of items.

  To drag items correctly.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  Does not work well with scrollbars and larger number of items.
