Mindful Launch doesn't work after reboot?

I set up Reef with Mindful Launch and observed that it worked perfectly to block the selected apps until the timer went down.

I then rebooted my device and noticed no countdown or any other screen came up from Reef when opening these apps. I tried opening Reef and trying again, still nothing. I toggled the accessibility service off and on (after boot the accessibility service showed as ON) and tried again, still nothing. I toggled Mindful Launch off and on and still nothing.

I force stopped Reef and reopened it which then brought up the accesibility window showing Reef was OFF (unlike before). I could then toggle this on, and Mindful Launch worked again.

Device: Qin F22 Pro
ROM: Dumber OS (LineageOS based) Android 14

Same thing happening for my Pixel 9 running the stock rom.

Same here on a GrapheneOS Pixel 8: Reef completely stops working after a reboot, and I have to force stop it and re-enable it.

Same here on CalyxOS Pixel 8. It won't block or inhibit any apps. The rest of the app is excellent though! Great job!
