Suggestion: Make SMD pads for LEDs and resistors hand solderable

Hello,

I'd appreciate if the pads were hand solderable for LEDs and resistors.

As far as I know, there are two types of SMD footprints on Kicad. One for machine soldering, and the other for hand soldering.

The footprint is included in the library, and it's almost identical, only except the hand solderoable one has a tiny wider pads to use soldering iron by hand. There's almost no difference.

I hope this won't change the PCB design much, anything at all. Since I like and prefer soldering by hand, I'd appreciate if this is considered.
