The Google Noto team has submitted quite a few patches to fix various font related issues, mostly surrounding CJK fonts. Full change log:

I had a quick look at the newer packages and there's some RPM macro updating/changes it looks like we'll have to make to pull in newer versions straight from the Fedora packages.
