Check results variable

Hello,

Ive been trying to get the results of a check (Disk Space Check: Drive C: - Warning Threshold: 25% Error Threshold: 10%) but ive not been able to get the actual results into a variable for sending an alert via webhook.

This is the information id like to get into the alert via webhook:

Ive tried all of the options in the documentation with no avail.

Is there a specific variable i need to use to get that information?

i was able to get this sorted out with a script and a task collection.
