It would be convenient to automatically create a ticket when a machine has a warning, other wise around, it would be great to sync devices to Freshdesk and with a press of the button go directly to the Freshdesk creation of a new ticket.

There are no 3rd party ticketing tools availible right now for integration. Closest i have found was a Sync with HUDU.
