Vi-minimal

Due to project restrictions, I can only use vi-minimal in Cygwin, not the fully fledged Vim. When trying to use your awesome rc, I get lot of errors saying that the packages are not compatible with vi-minimal. 

So, my question is, do you know if anything of yours is compatible with vi-minimal? It would be nice if at least the color scheme worked?
