What was accomplished

Priority hints experiment changes landed behind a flag.
Fixed flaky tests for amp-sw.
Kill Switch PR opened for amp-sw (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1whheEcHEaM4b96zFDFOjhTIYarF5kSm65KWukT7YA9w/#heading=h.qdfq6cg4f3oq).
Launched amp-script Origin Trial.

Lessons Learned

Chrome Driver / Selenium now supports network throttling for e2e tests.

What's Next

Enable AB Experiment for Priority hints.
Design doc and Design review for Amp prefetch link (Evaluating link-prefetch module vs Quicklink amp-sw#15).
Syntax Proposal, Enhance Node.js bare specifier resolution algorithm to prefer syntax: esmodules when enabled.
