Hello, we found out since 3rd Jan 2025 our feed items in JSON feeds are continously getting error 5002. I'm not aware of us making any significant change, unfortunately I don't have a feed file from like 2nd Jan, but comparing to an older file it seems we've basically only added voltage and that was mid December Has anyone dealt with this? |

@NoxArt In order to dive into this, we would need an example feed submission (seller + feed reference id) to investigate. Can you open a developer support ticket with those details so that we can investigate further? Thanks! |

Okey ... I was just wondering if there wasn't some change on Amazon's side we did not catch ... because from what I checked we didn't change anything and suddenly batteries and chargers started failing. I created a case, so hopefully someone will pick it up soon. Because we are yet to push the updates for titles that Amazon requires since 21st? but if our updates aren't working... |
