When uploading the tracking number using update_shipment_tracking_details, an error will be reported that shipment is not in a state where tracking details can be provided. After almost a month, I can try again to upload successfully. May I ask what the reason is? Or what state is required to use update_shipment_tracking_details?Do I have to upload the tracking number one month after the goods are created every time?
