Add Privoxy?

So, this isn't really an "issue" as much as it is a "discussion."

I prefer Adguard, but there is nothing wrong with Pi-hole, so I probably won't try to change it. But one thing I would love to add is Privoxy, which I use on my home server. I have no idea how to handle the networking end of it, however. I will be researching that.

Any hints?
