default colour scheme unreadable with my xterm's and tmux's default black-on-white #942

Hi,

Running sc-im in xterm, or in tmux on xterm, some of the text seems to be unreadable white-on-white. For example, where's what the :help command shows:

In tmux, the problem goes away if I run the tmux command :set window-style fg=white,bg=black. In bare xterm without tmux, it is mitigated if I enable reverse-video, but it still looks weird:

My TERM environment variable is xterm without tmux, and screen with tmux.

I'm running v0.8.4 on OpenBSD.
