Love the "review" flow of adding code comments on opencode desktop.

However, this only seems to be supported on the "changes" tab not the "all files" tab, despite me being able to add comments on the "all files" tab they just disappear.

2. Go to "All files" tab on right sidebar
3. Add a comment
4. Gets lost in the void
