Issues with deployment, theme and plugins

So first off, thank you for putting this project together. Its not just awesome but honestly its fucking awesome. I've only seen one other project similar but it doesn't have a local development environment.

Anyhow when I go and push to heroku it fails for essentially the same reasons as #17. I took used k1sul1 changes but got the same thing. Then I replaced the wp-config and installed the db plugin and it solved the db issue. However now there is another issue which where the theme isn't found, I cant change it, edit or do the same with plugins so that's awful...

It's a shame because this project is pretty cool and probably be better also if those issue were solved and integrated heroku.yml to install cloudcube for storage, rediscloud, jawsdb, and snyk.
