how to small task first in airflow

I have two question， pls：
1）If there are multiple DAGs, there are 5-minute DAGs and 1-hour DAGs， the 5-minute task takes precedence over the 1-hour task on the hour.
2）How to quickly test tasks in one day, one week, and one month during the test?
