What happened?

I've fixed a bug but I'm unable to commit the changes. Here are the problem hooks:

Configuration of code quality tools is also part of the airflow repository, isn't it? Why do you think that this is a discussion then? I followed https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/03a_contributors_quick_start_beginners.rst and encountered errors that are not connected with my contribution but are connected with the airflow repo. Therefore, this is an issue. Where am I wrong?
