Missing `ti_finish` metric to track task state.

What happened?

After running a DAG in Airflow 3.0.6, the ti_finish metric is not being emitted, leading to a loss of the ability to monitor task state. This is a blocker for our migration from Airflow v2 to v3.

What you think should happen instead?

After running DAG in airflow 3.0.6, ti_finish metric should emitted similar to v2.10.3 to track state of the tasks.

How to reproduce

• Run Airflow 3.0.6 or 3.1.5
• Trigger DAG
• After execution, observe that there is no "ti_finish" metric, rather no metric emitted to monitor task level state.

@rushikeshmagar492, are you referring to the ti.finish parameter? How are you using it in Airflow 2 today?

@jroachgolf84 Yes I am referring to the same ti.finish metric. In Airflow 2, it is available out of the box once metrics are configured as mentioned in the doc.

I’m willing to investigate where ti.finish was emitted in 2.x, identify what changed in 3.x, and propose a fix - either by restoring the metric or adding a compatible alternative.
