At present, the solution of this scenario mainly relies on the JDBC CATALOG mode in Doris, through which the two sets of clusters are connected. However, this is limited by JDBC performance bottlenecks, as well as network conditions. In the roadmap of Doris 2025, a Doris Catalog will be created specifically for this scenario. This function is based on ADBC, and its performance will be very good. It is expected to come out in the middle of the year.
