I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

Description

Restore does not generate binlog in fe and be.

Solution

generating binlog in fe and be;
sync binlog in ccr-syncer.
write case, here is a basic cases Add test for ccr sync backup and restore selectdb/ccr-syncer#217.
update documents.
