Sharing Release ETA

Sharing Release ETA's would be quite useful for the open Community. It helps them to plan accordingly

What ETA's mean by default:

• it's an estimate when. Likely something will happen (In our case, It's when a release version is likely to be released)
• ETAs are estimations, but not commitments. (it's quite normal for ETA to get updated based on circumstances)

This project Earlier was following biweekly releases schedule. But for v1.3.0 it is big enough that it can't be done biweekly (now ppl like me are anticipating when this release will happen)

PS. My intention is not to push release dates earlier. Pushing release dates earlier will always lead to compromise in testing / something things which may decrease software reliability. Exposing planned ETA's would be quite useful for all.
