How to implement a custom badge system like that on Github?

Hello, I'm exploring to add a dedicated badge system for our users.
The plugin documentation is not very clear.
May I have some references?

First, there are currently no plugins of this type available for implementation. Then, if you need to implement a plugin for the badge system, the following developments need to be done.
For the frontend, you need to develop a plugin that displays the badge, allowing users to showcase the badge in the place you want.
For the backend, you need to develop the corresponding API for the distribution, storage, and query of badges to help the frontend display the relevant content.
