Duplicate issues appear when filtering by two labels

Description: When filtering issues by two labels, the same issue appears twice in the results, causing confusion and redundancy.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the issues page.
Apply two different labels to filter the issues (for example, label A and label B).
Notice that issues that contain both labels are listed twice in the filtered results.
Expected behavior: Issues should only appear once, even if they match both labels.

Actual behavior: Issues that match both labels are duplicated in the result list.
