[RELEASE] 13.0.0 (gathering ideas).

We are gathering ideas for future not yet planned NuttX Release 13.0.0 that may bring some bigger (and unfortunately possibly breaking) changes, thus we want to include them in the major number bump.

Ready to merge PRs:

• [BREAKING] types.h: time_t as int64_t #14460
• [BREAKING]libc/elf: rename modlib to libelf #15765
• ...

Issues to solve:

• Simplify NuttX initialization #11321
• PWM driver refactorization? #12381
• Testing reorganization / updates / improvements.
• ..

This issue is part of the v13.0.0 milestone [1], please do not close until release is made. Comments are welcome :-)

What should we do with potential changes ready for 13.0.0 and/or stuff that we want in 13 but would break master and short term upcoming 12.x updates? A dedicated branch? Merge to master when ready then going 13? :-) @jerpelea

Sorry Alin, I have updated the description, its just a basket of ideas for possibly breaking changes that could land on yet not planned 13 release, thanks for the remark :-)
