undeprecate pekko remote classic (netty)?

This was deprecated back in the Akka days but Pekko 1.1 upgraded to support Netty 4 and projects like Apache Flink use it.
I don't plan to remove it in Pekko 2.0 like other deprecated code.
Should we go further and remove the deprecation and maybe just document that Artery is preferred and better tested?

I agree, the only problem is serialization performance, which can be optimized too.

I'd prefer not to delay 1.2.0.
Users who use Pekko Netty remoting haven't been complaining about the deprecation notice.
We also need to update the docs.
I just think I would like more engagement from Pekko community on this before doing anything.
For now, the key aim is to not remove the code and to consider what the options are.
