Pekko based akka-stream-alpakka-{s3/csv} module substitute?

Do Pekko based drop-in replacements exist for akka-stream-alpakka-s3 and akka-stream-alpakka-csv?

Maybe you could try https://github.com/adobe/S3Mock? Pekko Connectors uses a wrapper around WireMock. When a lib is abandoned, it's usually better to look at maintained alternatives instead of trying to resurrect the abandoned lib.

Yeah, stumbled upon Adobe S3Mock, but it seems to be published only for Java 17 and the codebase we're migrating is a bit of a legacy one and still on Java 11, so not sure if it works with Java 17. That's probably a good avenue to explore though since it seems to be a very active project and thus perhaps better aligned with the future 👍

• v2 of Adobe S3Mock runs on JDK8.
• the mock normally runs in a separate container anyway so it shouldn't affect what your JVM is doing
• there are other s3 mocks out there - lots of them - Localstack, https://github.com/Robothy/local-s3, among others
