Is there any way to show tooltip on goal?

Hi,

I’m currently using the timeline chart with goals and would like to display tooltips for both the bar and the goal individually.
At the moment, when I hover over a goal, it only shows the tooltip for the bar.

Is there a way to enable separate tooltips for both the bar and the goal?
I would appreciate any guidance or a possible solution.
