Setting / Documents cannot upload multiple files

👟 Reproduction steps

1. go to setting / document 2. click upload 3. select multiple files 4. terminal celery and backend get stuck and throw the error
   

👍 Expected behavior

Should have running task like this.

👎 Actual Behavior with Screenshots

No Response on terminal, I should logging the celery running task.
