[Docs] Add more details to the Arconia requirements page #88

Describe the problem/challenge you have
As mentioned in #87 (comment), the Systems Requirements page doesn't specify what other requirements are in place besides versions of Java and Spring Boot. For example, how about Testcontainers?
Describe the solution you'd like
It should be added to the documentation that Arconia follows the Spring Boot BOM in terms of dependencies. For example, Arconia uses the same Testcontainers version used by the targeted version of Spring Boot.
